Sustrans, the distinguished custodian of the National Cycle Network, an expansive UK-wide infrastructure spanning over 12,000 miles of curated paths for walking, cycling, and wheeling, advocates sustainable mobility and outdoor recreation. In my capacity leading real estate initiatives, I managed a heterogeneous portfolio of over 1,400 commercial, residential, and rural assets, orchestrating acquisition strategies and optimising asset value in harmony with Sustrans’ environmental and societal objectives. Throughout my tenure, I fervently championed cycling as an integral facet of sustainable urbanism and public wellbeing.
